Good hygiene is very important in healthcare. With our CAST-FORM® technique we can cast seamless polyurethane edges on many different types of materials and in many different shapes and colors. Because the transition from the edge to the material is seamless, the final product is easy to clean, preventing bacterial growth.

Office and school equipment

A molded polyurethane edge applied with our CAST-FORM® technique offers many advantages. No edge finish on office furniture or school tables has to be the same with us. This ergonomic edge finish is particularly durable and impact resistant and also available in a variety of hardnesses and colors.

Public transport

The interior of a train consists of a variety of elements. Examples are train tables, train seats and walls. These have to comply with certain standards and guidelines which can be realized with our CAST-FORM® edge finish. Think for example of fire resistance, durability, safety, impact resistance and ergonomics.

Store fitting

The CAST-FORM® technique offers the designer a range of possibilities. For example, negative discharge angles are not a problem with the CAST-FORM® technique.

Technical applications

Our polyurethane technique, called CAST-FORM® can also be used and applied to a wide range of technical products.
